About Home Care
We coordinate support services that will be available to you at home, while helping you to still feel connected to your community, which can include:
Greater Needs Clients
Clients with greater needs are also offered nursing services, assistance with purchasing medical equipment, more frequent personal care support and, if required, dementia care or palliative care. We also provide an emergency after hours service.

Glenview is more than bricks and mortar. We are active in our community and provide care and outreach for those who need our help.
We work with you to tailor a care package that gives you the freedom to continue living in your own home, with peace of mind that you are receiving the care and assistance required.
We listen to you and record key points from your life story so we can learn more about you. With this background history, we can work together to set goals which you would like to achieve.
This can range from wanting to get out to the shops on a weekly basis or even, as one of our clients listed as a goal, for one of our staff to support him to travel to WA to attend his grandson’s wedding.
Penny’s Story
Penny was amazed when she discovered her home care package with us was flexible enough to cover personal training sessions at her local aquatic centre.
She says she looks forward to seeing her trainer Danielle once a week at the pool and undertaking exercises and stretches to improve her mobility and flexibility.
“It’s given me self confidence in my life and it’s great to get out and be social within the community.”
